Background

► Mr. Tomlinson completed his undergraduate studies at Ryerson University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce. He is an alumnus of Osgoode Hall Law School and a past president of the Black Law Students Association (Osgoode Hall Chapter).

History

► Mr. Tomlinson completed his articles at a boutique bankruptcy & insolvency litigation firm on Bay Street.

Upon being called to the bar, Mr. Tomlinson gained an interest in criminal defence litigation. He started his journey in the area of criminal law by working for a sole practitioner in Brampton, Ontario.

Mr. Tomlinson would eventually venture out to start his own law practice. The success of the practice led to the subsequent formation of the TOMLAW Professional Corporation.
